commission tos
・i take payment through paypal f&f or the commissions widget on deviantart. do not ask to offer characters for my art, i will typically say no.
・if you bought your commission with a group currency from a roleplay group i am in with you (streamclan, shattering faith, etc.) you cannot add usd worth to that character at all for that art.
・i may decline your commission form at any time without giving a reason. if you require a specific reason i will try my best to give you one, but i make no promises.
・do not send payment until after i after i accept your form. i am not responsible for any refunds if your form was never accepted, although i will try my best to get the money back to you if i notice it.
・i do not wait until the art is completed to receive payment, i will only begin your commission once payment is sent.
・i do not offer refunds unless i do not make any progress on your commission's sketch within two months or if i cannot see myself finishing. keep in mind i tend to work slowly so if you were one of my last slots on my queue it may take longer.
・i have the right to upload your commission to my social media for examples. if you have a problem with that please state that in your form beforehand.
・never upload my artwork to your own social media without very clear permission from me. i will typically say no however, as it makes me uncomfortable even with proper credit. you may upload images to toyhouse though (credit @taigabug).
・do not edit my artwork unless it is minor & it is art you own.
・none of my artwork is to be used for nft or ai purposes or anything similar.
・my art is never to be used for commercial purposes, such as books, company logos, & the like, unless previously agreed upon.
・do not trace or attempt to recreate my art (recreation requires my permission). please do not take heavy inspiration from my style or designs.
・you may ask to change the character you’ve requested me to draw, but please keep in mind if i’m nearly done with your commission i won’t accept the change & you will receive art of the original character you asked for.designs tos
・you may minority edit or redesign designs made by me, do not make it unrecognizable from the original.
・do not resell my designs for more that you originally purchased them for unless additional art was purchased. p2u bases do not count, as well as personal art, gifts, trades, or anything you receive via artfight & anything similar.
・do not use my designs for hypos or anything of the like unless it is strictly for roleplay purposes. for example if your character is having a litter with someone else or if they have family members.
・inform me before you decide to co-own one of my designs with someone.
・never sell my designs to anyone on my blacklist otherwise i will reclaim the character and you and them will lose all right to use them & will likely be put on there as well. please review my blacklist to avoid misunderstandings.
・do not make "twins" out of my designs for roleplay or any other purposes unless they were sold with the design or it was planned with me. twins include characters who look identical or even nearly identical to the original design.
・you have 72 hours to send adopt payments unless a longer duration was previously agreed upon or i will move on to sell to someone else.blacklist
